QuickFiles has its servers located at PEER 1 in Atlanta, Georgia. They operate 16 state-of-the art data centers in 13 cities across North America and Europe, and 21 network points of presence (PoPs). The highly secure, redundant IT infrastructure of our data center protect your servers and web presence, and ensures you are running online, all of the time.
Our heating ventilation air conditioning (HVAC) systems have full particle filtering and humidity control. The climate within the data center is maintained according to ASHRAE Guidelines to ensure that our servers and hardware are functioning at its best.
We do not rely upon the local power grid to guarantee uptime. Our on-site diesel-powered generators and uninterruptible power systems (UPS) provide redundant power to ensure uninterrupted data center operation. All critical infrastructure is regularly tested to ensure they will function as designed in the event of an emergency.
Our data centers are physically isolated from everyone but authorized personnel. Monitored closed circuit television and a 24x7x365 onsite security team guards the facility while military-grade pass card access and biometric fingerscan/handscan units provide further layers of security.
The Network Operations Center (NOC) staff monitors the network 24x7x365, while our network engineers and data center personnel are available at any time in the event of an emergency.
